This is simply asymmetry of cartledge and bone over the bridge of your nose. This is performed via an endonasal approach or no outside incisions. You would have some tape over it for less than a week. I would consider performing this in an office OR  with light anesthesia. Larger humps require narrowing (code for cutting or breaking ) the nasal bones. I think you can achieve this slight improvement without much pain or expense relative to more complicated rhinoplasty as your tip and shape out your nose is pleasing.

photograph, it is likely cartilage. You may benefit from a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

 The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage and there appears to be very thin skin over the bridge line of the nose making it even more prominent. A Closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish a down the dorsal hump, narrowing the bridge line and refining the nasal tip with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.  Please see the link below for many before-and-after hump removal rhinoplasty procedures
