So for a while I've had a very sharp, almost jagged, bump on the right side of my nose while the left side is completely smooth. It feels like a very sharp piece of bone or cartiledge. I didn't appear on my face until I was 15 years old and I'm 19 now. The skin is incredibly thin and I'm worried that over time or if I get hit in the face that the skin might tear. I want to know what the bump is and what would've caused it? Also if it will cause any problems and how I could get rid of it?
