I am not sure where you would have heard that, but consult with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon and learn all what you need to know from these experts on this subject.

There are no interactions with Botox and Flagyl. It won't break down the Botox any sooner. However, I don't recommend doing filler when on antibiotics to avoid a filler infection.
