There are no interactions with Botox and Flagyl. It won't break down the Botox any sooner. However, I don't recommend doing filler when on antibiotics to avoid a filler infection.

Botox works by inhibiting motor movement to your facial muscles to eliminate dynamic wrinkles. You cannot use it to create dimples. There is a surgical solution called dimpleplasty which you can look into if you would like to create dimples.
