I have asymmetrical eyes that have worsened with age - I'm currently 34. I am considering surgery within the near future and would like to know what my issues are and what treatments would help. I'd like some non surgical options too. I'd like my eyes to be brighter and more "open" if that is possible

You are beautiful just as you are. Your photos do suggest that you have mild upper eyelid ptosis. That does not mean that you need to run out and get ptosis surgery. The first photo really shows the eyelids appearing pretty normal. The other photos suggest a central leavtor disinsertion ptosis...
