It's not possible to say for sure if you still have filler present in your lips but if you were examined and your injector thought there was some present then there very well may be. If you still have filler present in your lip that has migrated you can have it dissolved with hyaluronidase. You then can consider starting over with filler if you are wanting more volume or lip shape enhancement.

Thank you for your question and including pictures. First of all, the chance of filler from 15 years ago still being there is pretty slim, but not totally impossible. I would try dissolving whatever can be dissolved. The next best option would be the Russian Lip filler technique. But be sure you go to someone who is very experienced with this technique.
