Is there any fillers that could reduce the size of my eyes?

My eyes are always so wide open, it looks like I'm staring into everyone's souls even while squinting or smiling. you can see the whites around my entire iris when I'm looking straight. Is there any fillers or anything that could close my eyelids a bit more and make me look a bit more sane?

From your description a good place to begin is a visit to your primary care physician to rule out any concerns from your thyroid.  There are conditions that can contribute to the look that you mentioned. Once any underlying issues are ruled out you may find improvement from a combination of Botox and fillers.

Generally, open eyes are considered an asset. However, if the appearance is more of a distortion (exophthalmos is the medical term) with the entire iris in full view due to protrusion, then the first step is to figure out the cause, not to just fix it. You should see your primary care doctor for a thorough assessment of thyroid function. If your PCP’s workup is normal, then a referral to a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon would be an appropriate next step.
