Fillers such as Restylane Silk, Belotero, or Juvederm can work well to treat lines around the mouth, but the best first option is laser resurfacing or deep peels to induce collagen production. Superficial radiofrequency devices and microneedling can help as well and are less invasive. I suggest going to an experienced cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in lasers and fillers. Based on your photos, several options exist. Botox can soften the lines and fillers can fill the lines, microbeedling RF is another options. Combinations treatments give the best results.

the area you are concerned with, I will often do a multi-treatment approach. 
-I recommend
medical-grade skincare to encourage cell-turnover, hydration, and collagen
production. This will soften the appearance and depth of fine lines
-I recommend
a small amount of neurotoxin in the upper lip to stop dramatic pursing. This
will reduce the movement causing the lines.
-I recommend
treating the area with non-invasive collagen and elastin stimulators. Lasers,
Broad Band Light, and micro needling will all help to heal/rejuvenate this area
from the inside out. 
-Lastly,
any fine lines that are left should be easily correctable with filler.
I prefer to do filler last in this area, since only a small amount can be
used to avoid looking fake or overdone. 
The
most long-lasting, most natural results will be seen when all of these are

I think you will have the best result from a combination of treatments.  Thinner fillers such as Volbella can be used to treat this area.  You may want to consider other treatments such as lasers, chemical peels and microneedling which can improve overall skin tone and texture.  We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Yes, you are correct fillers are your best option. I would recommend Belotero, Vobella or Restylane Silk!
