Can I get revision done on my otoplasty? (Photo)

I had otoplasty done about 10 years ago and I've never really been happy with the result. I'm selfconsious about them, they look unnatural. I feel like the fold could have been done a lot better. I did hear about different methods being used to fold the ear in place which are less invasive. Can anyone share some light of the subject please.

My preferred method is to use a posterior fascia flap to bring the ears back without crossing onto the front of the cartilage. this is safer and is easily revised. I still recommend you find out what technique you had the first time, even though it was ten years ago. It would help your next surgeon but flap techniques are safe even as a second procedure. Hope that helps. Adam Goodwin

The fold looks normal in these photos. You do have a tubercle in the upper 1/3 of your ear that makes it look a little pointed but that is very minor.
