I have a break in my ear cartilage ...like a split and I can feel the split with my finger. Should I have this fixed even if a doctor says no one can notice it? It bothers me and I'd like to have the area smooth again but it's near the inferior crux of the antihelix where the triangle fossa meets the antihelix.
