Sensation-Free CoolSculpting Is Unusual But Perfectly Normal Every patient's nervous system is slightly different and therefore sensations of pain and discomfort can vary. Whereas most CoolScupting patients will feel a slight soreness or numbness after the procedure, many do not. It is perfectly normal to be pain-free and will have no affect on your results. Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who is certified by Zeltiq for all of your CoolSculpting sessions.
