Question

I got 275cc round breast implants over a year ago and they were perfectly round and symmetrical. Just this month (about 12months post op) I noticed one of my boobs slightly change shape? Have I been too rough and something has happened? They used to be absolutely symmetrical. now one has gone slightly higher and more outwards, but square like. Kind regards

Is difficult to appreciate from your photographs, however through your description it seems you may have something happening with your breast capsule. If the breast is getting more firm and misshapen, it could be that you're having the beginnings of a capsular contracture. If the implant is descending or moving more to the side it could be that you are having a malposition of the implant. Follow up with your surgeon to have this evaluated in person as there may be options to help you improve your results.Continue to follow up with your surgeon to ensure that you progress as planned.

I don't think you have been too rough with the implants.  However, you may be developing a capsular contracture in one or both of the implant pockets.  Check back with your surgeon.  They can examine you and give you advice has to how to proceed if it is a capsular contracture.  There are options of breast massage, anti-inflammatory medications (Singulaire), and if these conservative measures don't work, a surgical release of the tight capsule can be considered.
