And I feel I only gain 1cup size so a c and I wanted a full D and my nipple looks weird. he said he will add a little more to my right breast since it was bigger but he dint
Answer: Why do I look so small after a 475cc saline? My surgery was six days ago I'm sorry to hear about the anxiety you are experiencing after breast surgery. Given that you are very “fresh” out of surgery, it is quite likely that you are experiencing significant “emotional ups and downs” unnecessarily. In other words, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; your breasts will undoubtedly change over the course of the next several weeks/months. Many of my patients report that as the swelling around the breast implants (for example, in the sternal area) decreases, they feel that their breasts appear more projecting. Also, in my opinion, the "drop and fluff” phenomenon does hold some validity; as breast implants “settle”, many patients feel that their breasts actually look larger. Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change. Do your best to stay emotionally even keeled. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with longer-term.

Answer: Why do your saline implants look small? Will they appear bigger as they drop? You are very early in the healing process. You should wait a full 3 months to see your final result before considering any sort of revision or replacement surgery. Regarding the implant size - that is a question that should be asked to your PS. Only he can explain his reason for choosing a smaller size. Good luck!

Answer: Size post augmentation Hello!I definitely think you need to allow about 3 months healing before seeing a more "final" result. Having said that, the breast will not appear bigger with time. Chest dimensions really guide the choice in implant. It is possible larger implants may be too wide for your chest width - just thinking about possibilities. I would recommend you discuss your concerns with your surgeon. The goal in surgery is to get to your desired results, not your surgeon's, and it sounds as though you were clear about your goals. Your breasts look good though - objectively speaking.Good luck!

Answer: Breast implants At present your breast implants appear a bit high, and they will come down with time. Likely the breast will appear a bit larger as they descend.

Answer: High-riding breast implants Sorry to hear you are not happy, but it's still way too early to pass judgment. No one but your PS can answer your question as to why you have 475cc implants. It's possible that since you got a lift, your PS could not have put anything bigger than that without risking the wounds splitting open. Also, your implants are very high right now (which is normal). As they drop, the breasts will project more. It may take a few months for them to drop. Also, talk to your PS about your nipple looking "weird". Once everything settles into place, I'm guessing it will look very different and much better than what you see today.
