Is it normal to still have back pain after a breast reduction?

I just had a reduction on March 3rd, 2016 so about a month ago and I did have relief at first with my neck and back pain. Before my surgery I weighed 110 lbs with my chest size being a 34DDD which gave me horrible neck and back pain. I am now around a size D and am expected to go down to a C. I did have back and neck relief at first but it seems to come back here and there. I read online that it COULD be my muscles not being used to less weight on my chest but I want to see if that is true or not
