Provided there is not an infection of the incision line, I would recommend anti-histamines for a few days and would not wear a bra until the inflammation has disappeared. However different surgeons have different preferences in treating their patients. Therefore the best and safest advice is to contact your surgeon and explain exactly what is happening to you. In my practice, the #reduction incisions are covered with light dressings, and the patient is placed in a bra at the end of their surgery.
