Sometimes when I touch the transplant area I'll feel something like dirt or sand on my head but when I roll it off my head it's actually a small piece of skin with a hair growing out of it, I'm not scratching or picking these out they seem to be sitting there waiting to come out. Am I losing grafts this late or is it normal?

It is a good idea to stay away from excessive direct sun and sweating for couple of weeks after hairtransplant. After two weeks there should not be a problem. However if you have unusual sensations you may want to do a follow up visit with your doctor.
