Scalp emits a foul smell after FUE. Why?

Hi, I am on day 4 after fue procedure and my scalp has this foul smell that I noticed since day 1. Is it the smell of dried blood or something? I did do hair wash by the nurse on day 2 and day 3. The smell is still present now so I don't get why. It smells really similar to athlete's foot.
