I think liposuction with a mini-tummy tuck is a very reasonable option given your expectations and photos. You have little excess skin but loose skin and stretch marks. You could benefit form a mini tummy tuck and your belly button will not be moved. The skin removal should be just enough to smoothen the lower part without deforming the belly button.
