Is my belly button too low for a mini tummy tuck? (photos)

I have loose skin only on the lower part of my stomach from pregnancy and weight loss. I’m debating on getting a mini tt, but I’m also worried my belly button will look too low.

I think liposuction with a mini-tummy tuck is a very reasonable option given your expectations and photos. This is done with local tumescent anesthesia and an oral cocktail of pills so you do not have to go asleep, no drains and a very reasonable recovery and return to work in 3-5 days. Hello; your skin quality on your abdomen; it looks good. There are no stretch marks or sagging in the lower abdominal skin as well. From my point of view, for you; Mini Abdominoplasty would be an unnecessary surgery. Abdominal fat; which is possible to remove it with Vaserlipo. However, both tightening for the skin and if increased elasticity is desired; I recommend for Renuvion J Plasma application. By Renuvion J Plasma; loose of upper and lower abdominal skins; can be tightened without removing the skin.

In my experience, you do not appear to have enough lax skin to warrant a tummy tuck or mini scar.

Vaser ultrasound liposuction can address the area and tighten skin without the scar and with easier recovery.

You have little excess skin but loose skin and stretch marks. You could benefit form a mini tummy tuck and your belly button will not be moved. The skin removal should be just enough to smoothen the lower part without deforming the belly button.

If you have had a pregnancy and also weight loss, a mini-tuck will not be effective at tightening your skin, especially around the belly button and above. Further, a mini-tuck does not mean a mini scar, which is why a more accurate (and less deceiving name) is a modified tummy tuck. Contrary to what you may have assimilated through social media, a full tuck is available to anyone, regardless of excess skin or belly button placement. Also, that full tuck scar can always be placed where you want it: way down low! I urge you to get a consult with a surgeon who places scars in the right spot everytime.
