after my first C-section, I noticed when I looked down it looks like all the skin Pulls to the right side and has a bulge above the scar. After the second one, he removed my C-section scar and made a new one but the bulge is still there. I have seen many plastics and even got a CAT scan to rule out any ab, separation or hernias. they say I have very little fat and not much skin laxity. Could something internally like an organ be pushing out the ab muscle? What can be done?

Answer: There's more to it than just Rectus Diastasis There has never been a woman who's carried a fetus to birth that didn't need abdominal wall tightening during a tummy tuck procedure, a more appropriate term than rectus diastasis repair. That's because even if there isn't a true diastasis between the muscles, which can't always be appreciated by CT or MRI when lying supine, the muscle wall always needs tightening. This is known as fascial loosening, and can allow for asymmetric bulges as well as umbilical drifting laterally to one side. As for experts telling you that you don't have much skin laxity, it may be with regards the utility of performing a tummy tuck where they can reliably get the 'hole' out (the defect in the skin where it was once attached to the belly button). That doesn't necessarily mean that a tummy tuck won't make a significant improvement. Not getting the hole out does not mean a patient is not a candidate for a tummy tuck, even if there 'isn't enough loose skin' to get the hole out, there's still plenty of room for skin tightening.

Answer: Tummy tuck I think your tummy still looks great. A mini tummy tuck is an option but the results would be modest. I would not even consider a full tummy tuck for you.
