What is best for front teeth: non-metal crowns or veneers? (Photo)

Question

In the last year, the only drink I have added to my water only world has been La Croix sparkling soda water and my eating has been the same. My front teeth are loosing enamel on the tips and a tiny piece has chipped off on one tooth. I'm a 61yo healthy woman with very good teeth.

Hi:Your front teeth appear worn down due to grinding or nail biting.  Normally carobonated water damages the surface of the teeth not the edge.  My recommendation would be to do porcelain veneers as a long term solution.Best,Dr. Maddahi

Veneers because when we make the space for crowns of Zirconia or Emax we wear down to much and if you don't have root canal is better for you the veneers.
