If you have cavities in long term although it looks perfect, you going to receive problems with your root canal, gum, and inclusive with your bone. So I recommend you to change it as posible yo can.

I have my all specialist in each case because it is not the same. Xray complete a part of diagnosis but there are others proof that is used like: cold test, hot test, touched the gum in both side, and make a percussion.

You might need augmentation of your gum to see more natural. sometime the biotype is too thin and make that line in crowns.

My answer is veneer but if you just want to fix the chips on your central teeth with dental bonding is perfect and also if you are getting aligners to straighten.--> the correct treatment for that is with orthodontics.
