My breasts are a huge insecurity of mine. I’m only 18 but look like i have breastfed. I want to know what surgeries i should have to fix this. Not sure whether a lift could fix this or if i’d need a reduction and full boob job. My bra size is 12F. Please give me any suggestions!

What Id generally recommend in this circumstance is a breast reduction (which comes with a lift). It will give you a smaller and more symmetrical breast, with better nipple position. You will have a “natural” appearing breast with sloping at the top and more volume at the bottom.

The technique I recommend is a breast reduction using The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. You are a great candidate for either breast reduction or breast lift.   They would both use the same scars, but if you have a lift, then all of your breast volume would remain.  It would probably be a good idea to have a little bit removed to help with any pulling on your  shoulders exacerbating your current pain.  You can decide with your surgeon preoperatively how much to remove.
