I like my size and don't want to change it too much, maybe a tiny tiny bit bigger, but I lost a ton of weight a couple years ago and my boobs are saggy and uneven now. I still like them ok, but I'd be so happy if they were the same size and both perky and lifted and more full. My left breast is noticeably smaller than my right and it makes me feel insecure, looks strange, and it's hard to find a bra that fits without messing with the straps. Also, what are the factors that determine cost?
Answer: Breasts You did not post photos, but I suspect you need a lift and possibly small implant. I would suggest meeting with a board-certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Answer: Uneven Breast Hi Shepherdmomma! Thanks for your inquiry. A change in weight will cause skin laxity. You have options to even out your breast and increase the size of your breast. An in-office consult will allow a more precise look into what your best option fits you. Schedule a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Answer: Uneven breasts I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Uneven breasts Dear shepherdmomma, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, minor asymmetry can be improved with fat transfer. More significant asymmetry can be improved with different size implants or combination of implants and reduction of larger breast. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
