Hi Shepherdmomma! Thanks for your inquiry. A change in weight will cause skin laxity. You have options to even out your breast and increase the size of your breast. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, minor asymmetry can be improved with fat transfer. More significant asymmetry can be improved with different size implants or combination of implants and reduction of larger breast. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Without photos or a physical exam, it is quite challenging to provide any recommendations/advice. I would say that at minimum a breast lift (with removal of skin/tissue) and an implant is the most common combination of procedures to address different breasts.

You need a breast lift. Implants will help not only with size enhancement, but also shape too. Differences in size and shape are managed by the lift, less by the implants. Go see a few experts in breast surgery who can provide flawless breast lifts, something that many practitioners who provide implant based breast augmentation can not perform well.

Congrats on the weight loss. In order to get your breasts more perky/lifted/ and the same size would need a mastopexy (breast lift). In order to make them larger you will need an implant.
In your case you will likely need both unless you want your breast to be smaller overall. Any time a lift is done there is tissues that get removed, so often times people will add the implant with a lift to increase or regain their original size

Unfortunately, your photograph does not appear. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

You probably need a lift to even out the level of the nipples. Size can be evened out either with implants or removing more breast tissue from one side

Thanks for your question. It seems like a good option would be a breast lift with implants. Most likely using implants that are two different sizes (a slightly larger implant on the left) would be a good way to even out your breasts. Factors that determine cost vary from practice to practice, but usually involve the type of procedure done and the amount of time the procedure will take.
