Hi I had a breast lift with reduction and this extra skin really bothers me? My original surgeon said my scar would have to go right to the centre of my chest to get rid it which I'm not really wanting to do. The puffy skin my scar is sitting under it, and then my implant creates it's old fold above ? Doesn't even sit in the scar? Can anyone help? What do I need doing?
