I had breast implant removal/replace of my 22 year old saline implants back in Sept. of 22. Had CC and lateral replacement with that procedure. Had a revision done on April of this year and now it looks like I have lateral displacement again. Why does this keep happening to me?

Hard to tell what's going on, but assuming the first picture is when you had your 295 HP and the second is your 195 MP, your implants are too small. Also there is a strange contour. It should not bulge above and be flat below.
