How would my breasts feel after a fat transfer to them?

Properly performed breast augmentations with fat transfer only almost always provides a completely normal feeling breast.  The key is not adding too much fat at one time to avoid areas of fat necrosis that can harden.  Do not expect  a significant breast volume change however.  We usually can only provide a change of one cup size.  (Up a cup technique :)

Most often, after fat transfer to the breast they feel soft and natural.  Occasionally you can get small lumps from oil cysts that can be drained using a needle if they occur.  Generally, you can get a modest augmentation using fat alone--at most 1/2 to maybe 1 cup size increase since not all of the transferred fat will survive the transfer.  The average fat survival is about 55-60%.  Make sure you consult with board-certified plastic surgeons for best recommendations. One of the benefits of fat transfer surgery is that it is a 100% natural procedure, and will provide you with a very natural feel and shape. I would, however, say that at most this procedure is usually able to increase one cup size from your current appearance.
