Is fat grafting the correct answer? (Photos)

Igc4624.   So sorry you are having these issues, and your case is quite complicated.   Photos indicate that your result after this last surgery is reasonable.  Fat grafting is an option and may improve your results. Another option is do nothing, because you have been through a lot already and the marginal improvement may not be worth the cost and risk of further surgery. Discuss all your options with your board-certified plastic surgeon. I am sorry that you have been going through pain and so many surgeries. Fat grafting in my opinion can make a minor difference in augmenting certain areas where you have asymmetries but it may not help with all of your concerns. It seems as though you are not happy with the shape of the breasts. If you are okay with the smaller sized implants, one option to consider is having a lift performed to tailor the skin around the current implants. It is hard to tell from the photographs but there is a chance your right implant may be may have bottomed out. I recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a thorough examination and see what options are available. Hope this helps.
