Hello, thank you for asking, you do not have such a severe problem, you only need asymmetrical breast implants, to try to make your breasts look symmetrical, the cost will be the same as common augmentation implants. Thank you

From your photo it appears that your lower breast will need a vertical (or full) lift. To get the volume you request, implants are more reliable than fat transfer.

Cost depends on surgical time, procedures done, implant type and.......where you have the procedure done, as well as the experience of the surgeon. Below you can see an asymmetry correction.

If you're considering options to address breast asymmetry and sagging while maintaining your size, you have several surgical treatments to consider. Breast lift (mastopexy) raises and firms the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening surrounding tissue. Breast augmentation with implants can also increase fullness and improve symmetry. Each procedure can be tailored to your specific aesthetic goals, ensuring a natural and balanced look.

Thank you for the photos. I recommend using different size implants here. If you see a surgeon who has Vectra, that can be helpful. We use vectra in the office to "try on" two different size implants and show what the result can look like. One side has more lower pole fullness, so I recommend a lift on that side at the same time. Cost is mostly based on surgeon, but the other factors are: geography, time under anesthesia, procedures selected, type of implant, and brand of implant.

There are a few ways to go about this, depending on how much symmetry you want to achieve and breast size.

The best option in my opinion would be to do a lift on the left side and implants on both sides. I’d also add fat transfer, which can be used as another tool to improve symmetry.

You could also avoid implants altogether, and do the lift on the left and fat transfer to the right (or both breasts). But there are limitations to the technique that are important to discuss with your surgeon (limited volume change, oil cysts/dat necrosis, possible issues with mammograms in the future, etc.).

Also understand that your symmetry will likely never be perfect, but you can still get pretty close.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from different size implants. I would recommend insertion of a silicone breast implant, use of Galaflex (internal bra), and a breast lift. This will allow you to get the most symmetric and volumized outcome. I would see a board-certified surgeon with aesthetic breast experience.

Just based on pictures, if you are happy with your size then a lift at least on the side that droops more might get things more symmetric. I always tell patients that even the most perfect breasts in the world have some asymmetry to them, so you will always have some, but that would certainly help things get more symmetric. Depending on measurements and how things feel in person, maybe even a bilateral lift, hard to tell just from pictures.If you only want a very small increase in size then you could consider fat transfer to the breast, but there are definitely limitations with this, the other option would be a small implant. If you are not sure about adding volume then I will often do things staged... meaning do the lift/symmetry procedure first, let that settle and heal, and then you can decide if you want more volume with one of the two options.
Cost will vary by practice so its hard to give a good answer on that as each practice likely has different ways that they price things.
