I got a revision done and I'm wondering if my breast will sag again • 370cc • Above the muscles • Anchor breast uplift • Mentor round moderate plus profile xtra gel breast implants • didn't have a lot of capsule so we decided on these implants and done the lift I love how they look and it's very perky but hope it doesn't drop and I'm able to run etc and no flipping of the implants and bottoming out ....

Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. If it is mainly loose tissue, it can be tightened with minimally invasive radiofrequency. If the fold is the issue, it can be tightened or released.

I recommend smooth round implants placed behind the muscle. The smaller breast may need a little larger implant as well. Going behind the muscle will give nice upper breast fullness and avoid the implant edge.
