What is this weird popping sound after breast reduction? (photo)

I had it 3 weeks ago. All I did was put a little pressure on my stitches. I was looking at the skin that was bumpy. Should I be worry? I feel no pain? It been 4 mins.

Very few surgeons use tissue glue (Dermabond) as the only means of closing an incision. It is generally just used as a reinforcement. The glue is not likely serving a function at this point and you should not be worried.
