Will breast pockets stretch much after increasing 117 cc's during breast revision?

Question

My left implant recently ruptured and I had an open capsulotomy 2 days ago with an implant exchange on both sides from 375 cc saline to 492 silicone gel (he didn't have to do anything to the right breast pocket). While I love the fuller look and better cleavage I'm wondering if I will have any more 'projection' or appear a little larger later? Do the pockets stretch much the second time around and is 117 cc's more enough to cause them to stretch so that I look like I'm protruding out any larger?

The breast pocket can be made larger so that it doesn't have to "stretch".  Putting in a larger implant will give you more projection.

A larger implant may require the capsule to be expanded if the pocket is snug around the original smaller implant.
