Should I get a Breast lift, Augmentation or Reduction?

Question

I'm 20 years old and have always had issues with my breasts, when i lost 50 lbs my breasts started to sag and i gained pink stretch marks which have mostly now faded (except where it gets more noticeable up towards my armpit) when i lay down they look like wrinkles. I want my breasts to sit higher up on my chest and be perkier. I'm currently a D cup and want to stay around the same size, maybe a C cup. I'm unsure what option would best work for me with the stretch marks

Since
you are happy with your size, you do not need implants, however, you do need a
lift.  I recommend a new technique called

Based on your picture I would recommend the following a breast lift which will make your breasts smaller therefore I would also add an breast augmentation to restore volume/fullness. Congratulations on your weight loss!Since you would like perkier breasts, a breast lift would be best for you, and would look very nice. If you would like fuller breasts, with more volume in the upper pole (top half) of your breasts, then augmentation with breast implants along with the lift would also be helpful. Definitely meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss options. Thanks for sharing your photos!

Dear Ashaus, from the picture you posted it seems you have enough breast tissue, which is saggy with a nipple-areola complex below the ideal position. I think you are a very good candidate for a short scar (loollipop type) for a lift and reduction. You would achieve a smaller breast but like you said, perkier and centered in the chest. Congratulations on your recent weight loss.From your picture, it appears that you may
benefit from a small breast reduction (which would give you a lift as well) as
well as an augmentation with an implant to give you more upper pole
fullness.  Since you want to be a C cup
from a D cup, some breast tissue will likely need to be removed since an
implant would add volume to your breast.  If you did not want too much upper pole fullness, than a small breast
reduction may be an option.However,
this is a decision you would make in conjunction with your doctor.  I recommend that you consult with a board
certified plastic surgeon to determine your exact needs.

Thank you for your question and for sending photos. A breast reduction "lifts" the breasts, but as the name implies, it makes the breasts smaller as well. Mastopexy (breast lift) "lifts" the breasts but doesn't necessarily make the breasts smaller. The breast reduction and mastopexy don't actually lift the breasts but rather by removing excess skin on the underside of the breasts, the breasts are pushed up. The nipples are elevated to a better position. If the areolar are too large, the diameter can be reduced. In regards to "perky" and having the breasts sit higher on the chest, the mastopexy alone may not accomplish this. In addition to elevating the nipples and pushing up the breast, many women want more fullness of the upper breasts("upper pole fullness").  A mastopexy alone won't do this. Breast implants would be needed to give that fullness. Since implants would make your breasts larger, if you wanted to remain the same size, a breast reduction would be done instead of a mastopexy,and the implant would replace the lost breast volume. Any plastic surgeon with an expertise in breast surgey can explain these options to you. Best wishes to you.

I think that you would be an excellent candidate for a lollipop lift which would avoid an inframammary incison, and have enough volume to give you a good shape.

Picture is rather unclear but it seems weight loss has resulted in significant skin excess so lift & possibly combined with augmentation may be needed.
