My breasts have always been naturally saggy. The nipples are not pointing downwards, but the bottom of the breast sags. I was thinking that maybe a lift plus small implant would help them look perkier. what are your recomendations? thanks :)

Answer: Breast lift with autoaugmentation You appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift. This will raise the nipple and shape the breast.
