31-years-old - Could I look perkier from a breast lift with augmentation?

Yes, your breasts will look "perkier" after a breast lift. You would lose some volume. If you had a desire to maintain or increase your volume, breast implants can be added.

Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a breast augmentation with a lift. This will help to correct some asymmetry, lift the nipples, as well as give you more upper pole fullness. I think your plan sounds reasonable. The best way to fix a saggy appearing breast is with a lift. The implant then tends to give increased fullness especially to the middle and upper poles of the breast.

If your goal is to make your breasts perkier, then all you’ll most likely need is a breast lift. No implants are needed unless you’d like significantly rounder breasts or to increase their size.

There is no doubt that breast lift would help. However, lift will decrease your breasts for 1/2 to 1 cup size. If you want to maintain volume and create lasting fulness in the upper pole, breast implant should be considered. Good luck.

Your breasts appear to have enough volume so you do not need implants but do need a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Depending on what your goal results are I would recommend a breast lift and possible reduction of the larger breast combined with a lift. This can be done in either one, or two stages. Seek out in-person consultations for the best advice.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think that you are spot-on on your conclusions. I think you would be a great candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy) along with placement of an implant for shaping and volume. You also might be a candidate for an auto-augmentation procedure using your own tissue for volume and projection which would allow you to avoid having to use an implant. The choice of procedure would depend on your overall goals for outcome in terms of shape, volume, etc. Have a chat with a local plastic surgeon who is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for a breast lift. If you want added upper pole fullness, then an implant may be helpful. The exact size and shape of the implants can only be determined after measurements are taken by your plastic surgeon. I hope this helps.
