What is better for changing the shape but not size of my chest: Dual plane or subglandular?

Hi , I am 23 years old, height 1.60cm , weight 50kg I like the size of my chest but not its shape I feel like my nipples are placed low I want an implant (200cc) that will make my chest look round, push up, young and uplifted but not ti big What is the best technique for me ? Dual plane / subglandular? Thank you
