The biggest issue that you will have with 800 cc implants and stretching is the significant weight of the implants. The pressure these implants put on your breast tissue is significant enough to make stretching almost an unavoidable problem.  Weight loss is a reasonable thing to do but will not change the quality of your skin.  If you are to have a problem with sagging, you will likely have a problem regardless of your weight.Best,Dr. Pyle
