The weight difference between brands for the same volume is minimal. However, anything over 500 cc's will be large and heavy and is too large and heavy for most women's frame and tissue. I would reconsider getting that size for it will sag with time.

Your thought process is flawed. While certain implants do weigh SLIGHTLY less than others, it is more dependent of the placement (subglandular vs submuscular) and the volume (number of cc's of implant...the larger the volume or cc's, the heavier they are).
