Would exchanging my different sized implant so they are both 270cc's help me achieve better results? (photos)

Question

I have 250 and 270 right now. I've always felt like the 270 was bigger than the other. I'm having a revision to tighten the pockets and add galaflex to add upper pole and fix the gap but staying the same size. Would putting 270 in the other help too?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

The difference between 250 cc and 270 cc implants is very minimal and would not be a noticeable difference. In your photographs, your breasts are widely separated, descending inferiorly and laterally and bottoming out. Galaflex is a temporary fix and does not produce permanent long term results. You would benefit from a circumareola approach to move the nipple-areola complex more medial and higher on the chest wall as well reinforce the pockets inferiorly and laterally with permanent sutures.

Please discuss this with your surgeon. Once the implant is lifted, you may be the same size. Your surgeon can determine this while you are in surgery.

If you feel like one breast is larger than the other, then I suggest you talk to your plastic surgeon about addressing this with possible change of implant size during your upcoming procedure.
To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures.
With limited information, you’re not going to get a quality assessment.
