10 years ago I had a breast augmentation with mastopexy (full anchor). I had my silicone 400cc high profile implants removed 4 days ago. Implant removal only. What do you think could have happened to my left breast (now disfigures)? Why doesn’t it look like the right one which came out decent? I had drains in both breasts for 3 days. Right breast had very little drainage/very little pain. Left one had some drainage and still has some pain, but not terrible. Is there hope for my left breast?

Follow up is needed at this point to perform a physical exam in order to determine if you are on the proper course of healing. I would advise calling or emailing your plastic surgeon.
