A little bit of asymmetry is normal and may well have been present preop as well. there will be some subtle changes over time so be patient. as long as your doctor doesn't think the asymmetry is due to a fluid collection, then all you need for now is tincture of time.

There could be many different things happening here. See your surgeon and get this worked out. The "breaking out" on your chest is not normal, but again it is not something to treat yourself without your surgeon's guidance.
