Breast augmentation revision - Implants lifting the pocket, causing "uniboob," maybe bottoming out? (photo)

Question

I've been on quite the journey since 100+ lb weight loss and have had skin removal surgeries over the last 3 years. I had a breast lift and then a year later had OTM implants placed 8/24. I'm scheduled for a revision for 2/2025. The implants are lifting the pocket and the tissue on my sternum is lifted as well, causing a "uniboob" look in swim suits, sports bras. They also seem to be sitting low and maybe bottoming out? I just want to know other opinions or questions to ask?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your breasts are low on the chest wall after losing 100 lbs. Your implants were placed underneath the nipple-areola complex and the lift was inadequate. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgeries. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

You need to go down in size. After weight loss, previously stretched out skin does not hold heavy weight well.  These are still large breasts. You may need mesh for better support.
