Gained 50lbs from 17-22yrs old, lost all 50lbs at 23yrs from long distance running. I'm suspicious the up and down motion of running combined with rapid weight loss contributed to stretched skin. My breasts were perfect when I was 16 but now they feel saggy and breast skin looks and feels stretched. I went from 36DD to 32C after weight loss. Now 33yrs and unhappy with lack of volume, perkiness. Honestly, I would love perfect porno boobs. What do you think is achievable? Thank you!

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed is maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Saggy and small after weight loss Hi. What you have experienced with your weight gain and loss is very typical. Breast augmentation can give you back a shape and fullness. The size of the implant you choose will determine how natural or fake the result is, and this is dependent on your goals and desires. To get more perkiness of your nipple position, you can consider a breast lift as well. To determine the best choice for you, I would suggest an in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can explain all of these options and what the expected outcome would be with each one. Best of luck!
