Gained 50lbs from 17-22yrs old, lost all 50lbs at 23yrs from long distance running. I'm suspicious the up and down motion of running combined with rapid weight loss contributed to stretched skin. My breasts were perfect when I was 16 but now they feel saggy and breast skin looks and feels stretched. I went from 36DD to 32C after weight loss. The size will depend on your breast and chest wall measurements. To obtain large breasts, I would guess at least a 500cc implant. A breast lift would also be necessary to achieve the best results.
