Thank you for your question and photograph, and it appears that you will have a very nice result. After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the next several months, as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate the extra volume. At one month your implants appear to be settling, with one having dropped a bit sooner than the other. This is very common. I know waiting is difficult, but judge your results at 4-6 months after surgery as most of your breast changes should have occurred by then. Hope this helps.

Hi & thank you for your question!At one month post op you are still very early in the recovery process. It may take 3 to 6 months for the implants to drop and settle into position. Give it some time. Dear happygirl79, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 1 month post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery. It is fairly common for breasts to heal at a different rate. You are early in your recovery, it may take several more months before you see your final result. try to be patient and follow your surgeon's post operative instructions. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. You are still early in the healing process. Keep in mind it is not uncommon to have swelling. Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result.
