My right breast implant is squared at the bottom with a moderate dip on the side. Is this cause enough to be concerned? (Photos)

I had my surgery 5 going on 6 weeks ago. The implants were placed in the subglandular position. The right breast is the breast that currently looks the worst. It's not rounded at the bottom and it has a dip to it. Is there reason to believe something is amiss. I will be meeting with my doctor next week and would like second opinions so I'm able to concisely broach my concerns.
