Breast augmentation 7 weeks post op. left breast was leaking seroma from a pin hole in incision. After leakage stopped I had suture abscess, doctor removed a peace of suture that was poking out. Right breast is bit reddish but no complications.

I would recommend a visit to a plastic surgeon's office for an examination. It sounds like you may be developing capsular contracture which is making the breast look asymmetric. You may require surgery to remove the excess scar tissue. Good luck!
