Breast augmenation wound not healing properly, seroma, abscess suture then what? (photo)

Breast augmentation 7 weeks post op. left breast was leaking seroma from a pin hole in incision. After leakage stopped I had suture abscess, doctor removed a peace of suture that was poking out. Right breast is bit reddish but no complications.

I would recommend a visit to a plastic surgeon's office for an examination.  It sounds like you may be developing capsular contracture which is making the breast look asymmetric.  You may require surgery to remove the excess scar tissue.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question. Dissolvable sutures can take up to couple months to dissolve. This will not interfere with anything.

I think the sizes you mention are a good size for you.  Lowering the fold is routinely done in many breast augmentation cases and I agree it need to be done in your case.  You should not expect it to increase the amount of pain or lengthen the recovery.
