Asymmetry. 20 years old. What is my best option? Breast lift without implants? Breast reduction? I like small breasts

From looking at your photos and reading your desired outcomes, I would suggest a reduction and a lift. You would need more of a reduction on the larger side in order to match your other breast. A lift will make the breasts perkier and tighter for a more youthful and even look. Please seek expert advice from a board certified plastic surgeon.

If you like the way your left breast looks and you are happy with the size, then I would suggest a breast reduction/lift for the right side only. If you want to increase the size of the left breast, then you'll need an implant on the left and an implant with lift on the right. An in-person consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon should address all your questions and concerns

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your photos, I see that you are a good candidate for a breast lift with implant, in your case ideally you are evaluated by a certified plastic surgeon in person to determine the technique and amount of cc you need to achieve the result you want.

I think a breast lift with a small reduction of your larger side would do what you want. This way you get elevated and reshaped breasts, better symmetry, and breasts no larger than your small side now. Good luck.

You can be your own best version, and you can definitely achieve amazing results with plastic surgery in order to improve your breasts. For you, I recommend a breast reduction (larger on the right side) and an anchor incision breast lift, no implants needed.
