17 days post mastopexy: part of the vertical incision where it meets the horizontal line is infected, is this a concern?

There is one area of my lateral suture line (anchor) which appears to be infected and open. The area is the last part of all my sutures to close and has been seeping everyday. Today I noticed that it is a bit white pus. The smell almost smells yeasty. On the same breast, the outer area of the horizontal line is very sensitive and red and raised. I tried to massage it, but sharp pains prevent me. Is any of this normal?
