Is this going to grow back as normal sick or will the aerola skin grow back? I'm scared i'm going to have a half areola, will it become round again? or will it look deformed?

Your aerola tissue is looking better and should now heal over the next few days or weeks. Hard to tell if you lost aerola tissue or this is just a gap in the original closure. Once it heals you may need to discuss a scar revision with your surgeon to get the best result. Good luck.

Dear acarr187,this type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. Based solely upon the post photo you appear as 10-15% upper lateral areolar necrosis. Allow healing time (re read my previous answer to your 1st question about PRP). Best to see in person second opinions from boarded PSs in Miami.
