Hi, you have a great question. To answer your question directly - no, it is unlikely the mole grew back only hours after cryo, more likely, the area is swelling significantly. In addition, I doubt that cryo would reach the base of the mole sufficiently, so likely only the surface of the mole fell off. Give it some time. Let the swelling reduce and re-assess. It is not a good idea to treat moles with cryotherapy as it will always leave the deep elements of the mole in place; this is what you are seeing. When removing moles, it is important to remove the entire mole with an incision.
