6 months after Brazilian butt lift - is it possible that my faja permanently misshaped my vulva?

Hey guys! I'm six months out of a bbl where they did lipo on my back and thighs, no abdomen. When I switched to a stage two faja the garment squeezed my vulva together so that my "lips" were sticking out awkwardly. It was uncomfortable but I got used to it. When I would take off my faja the lips still looked squeezed with the indent of where the faja was. Now six months later it still looks exactly the same and I'm starting to worry that it is permanent. Could that be possible?

It’s understandable to be concerned about changes in the appearance of your vulva after wearing a tight faja post-BBL. While it’s possible for compression garments to temporarily affect tissue appearance, particularly if they are overly tight, significant permanent changes are less common.
After six months, if you’re still noticing a lasting change in the shape or appearance of your vulva, it could be due to several factors, including tissue irritation or skin elasticity. In many cases, the body can gradually return to its normal state, but if you have persistent concerns, it’s essential to consult with your surgeon or a specialist in gynecology or plastic surgery. They can evaluate your situation, discuss your concerns, and suggest potential treatments if necessary.

It is quite possible that tight faja could create that problem with labia due to compression and lack of lymphatic and venous drainage for a prolonged period of time. Massage and proper compression of swollen area may improve the current result. However, without in person evaluation or, et least, a series of good photos it would be impossible to give you better advice; hope this helps.
