Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

There are many factors that play a part in determining how much fat can be injected, as well as many factors that effect how much fat will survive and many different techniques used by surgeons performing this procedure...
Having liposuction, abdomen, flanks and fat transfer to the buttock is a major surgery. Having high blood pressure, though controled with 5 mg of norvasc, you are still at slightly higher risk.
I would want an anesthesiologist to monitor you and the blood pressure during surgery....
