It's been almost 9 months post op deep plane facelift which was done by a prominent NYC plastic surgeon. I look great, however, the tightness where I was redraped feels EXTREMELY tight as does the muscle by my right cheek. I had multiple Kenalog injections, ultrasound and lymphatic massage. Nothing has seemed to help. My doctor said there are no sutures in my face at this point...they were all dissolvable. Is there ANYTHING at all that can be done at this point?
