Breast lift with implants 5 days ago. Was more dark purple right out of surgery. Is this normal? (Photos)

It would probably be best for you to see your plastic surgeon soon for an evaluation. They are the best ones to give you an indication of how things are going and whether any intervention should be considered.

Nipples can change color after surgery, but it's important that you reach out to your doctor's office now. It's important that they are able to evaluate you to give you specific recommendations.

Dear crose71,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In some cases, nipples can change a color right after surgery but it usually restores with time.  If you are concerned, I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon. and your current photos showing pink (and you saying warm) are great signs as if was going the other way, you would be looking at necrotic areola.  As other have said, seeing your surgeon is a good idea to allow your surgeon to appreciate where you are and if any interventions (such as removing a suture or sutures) could help still.
