Breast lift with implants 5 days ago. Was more dark purple right out of surgery. Is this normal? (Photos)

Had some blistering and drained a small amount of clear bloody fluid from each. The skin underneath looks pink. They are warm (body temp) to the touch. Should I be worried? Have you seen this and then all turns out ok? Would I be in to see doc ASAP?
